F$%@!sorry,when he got to the antenna base...I had to stop watching.I was feeling like,totally exposed during this vid.No thanks;)Guy's got the gift,that's for sure.'60' more feet on that handle deal with only three bolts holding it...no way...not me.

I inherited a phobia of heights from my father. I get weak on a ladder. I had a hard time just watching that. Pushed myself to watch it to the end. Holy cow, those guys are courageous. If a cheque for a million bucks was taped to the light beacon at the top, there is no way I'd get it. Now up is one thing, I can imagine the down!

My friend Smatlock climbs hydro towers. Hats off to these guys!

That was hard to watch for me. Very hard. I don't think a million dollars an hour would fully compensate me being up there. I would be a basket case.

I'll leave that to the boys who dont understand the word fear.

We were riding though Tasmaina a while ago and found out you could abseil down Gordon Dam which is quite a large structure.
We all agreed before hand that we would do it and rode out there.
When we arrived there was no abseiling that day, but to a man (there were 6 of us) everyone admitted they would not have had the balls to do it.
Looking over the edge was horrifying. The below pics just don't portray how bloody high that thing is.

And it's only a fraction of what is shown in that tower video!!!

I'm a field tech for comcast and I thought being on a ladder 30 feet in the air was alot. But holy damn, no thanks. Not on my bravest day for 2 million and someone pushing lol
